Does Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds Clean A Coffee Maker Mixed With Vinegar?

You run through the coffee to it. Would adding Dr. Bronner’s Sal to vinegar and ran through a coffee maker work/clean it very well?

Maybe, but I wouldn’t do it. For one, Sal Suds produces suds. I don’t think you want suds in your coffeemaker. For another, Sal Suds has a fir/spruce scent. I don’t think you want that in your coffeemaker either. Both could require an awful lot of rinsing to remove. Stick with vinegar only, or a product or method recommended specifically for coffeemakers. Use the Sal Suds for more general cleaning where suds don’t matter or can be rinsed away.
