Yes, 100 GB should be enough for your needs unless you start downloading huge files a lot. (We are talking big, like 5 GB games etc.)

if you watch a 3 hour movie every night of the month
you will use about 41 gigs
so yes 100 gigs is more then enough for what you need

Cold, filtered water is the usual option. Cold, distilled water would probably be the best though as all of the impurities have been taken out.
